About Tim

Tim has been creating and experimenting for the better part of 30 years. His love of designing first sparked from childhood in putting together and taking apart all manner of things.

After moving to Singapore from the UK, Tim began experimenting with shape and form alongside his daytime job. His early projects were simple in nature and exploratory in its approach, from wood and metal. His drive to learn despite the lack of access to equipment even led to turning wood on a metal-working lathe at the time.

Then, Tim and his family moved to Australia, which gave rise to better access to materials and an expansion of his own workshop. Many of his projects began to centre around finding his personal style. He has gone from making his own pieces in leather, glass, wood and metal to helping out in the local community with his various DIY skills.

Now, Tim is based in Western Sydney, and continues to take inspiration from everything around him. He is his own worst critic.
